Product Description

Product DescriptionQK-IC Anaerobic reactor consist of two up flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) Wastewater flows upwards though fluidized reactor and is degrade by anaerobic microorganisms.
Methane is produced here and captured by a gas skirt and lift to air-liquid separator on the top of reactor. After separate from liquid, methane will be collected for further usage.
The separated liquid back flow to the bottom which develop into a internal recycle.
The effluent from primary UASB which has a much reduced BOD concentration need to be treated further by secondary UASB.
The effluent from secondary UASB will be settle down in clarifier section before discharge. Features
